In this case, Infiltrative Basal Cell Carcinoma Cancer has been completely removed from Nasal Tip with MOHS Surgery. These techniques were chosen because extensive undermining was required; and due to the size of the defect. These techniques avoid anatomical distortion and functional deficit. This patient returned 3 weeks post operative to have a takedown. The pedicle that maintained blood supply while healing was removed at this time. In this case, these techniques preserve function and anatomy of the face.
