In this case, Well Differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cancer has been completely removed from Superior Right Angle Mandibular with MOHS Surgery. This technique was chosen due to the size of the defect. This closes the large gap, and ensures proper range of motion. A skin graft was performed to transfer skin from the superior lateral neck to the primary defect. This technique preserves the function and cosmetic appearance of the face.
