In this case, the Micronodular Basal Cell Carcinoma Cancer has been completely removed with MOHS Surgery. The O-T Advancement Flap was chosen because inelasticity of skin made closure difficult. This prevents a deformed scar, reduces tension, and ensures proper range of motion. This also preserves functional and cosmetic appearance of the face.
