In this case, the Basal Cell Carcinoma Cancer has been completely removed with MOHS Surgery. An O-T Advancement Flap was chosen to preserve the cosmetic appearance of the eyebrows and functionality of the forehead. This technique also allowed for closure of the large gap and protection of underlying structures.
