Procedure Details

In this case, the Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cancer has been completely removed with MOHS Surgery. Due to the large defect, an Advancement Flap was chosen to transfer tension to where tissue is moved directly into the defect. This created equal lengths along all sides to avoid pulling on the eyelid and ear. This allowed the flap lines to be hidden along natural creases.
